Miguel Caballero is not a typical boss. He has shot every one of his employees, and they have all survived.
He wants them to believe in the product they make. They are not pistols, but bullet-proof clothing produced in Bogotá, Colombia.
"I shot my wife several times, shot my lawyer, my brothers, and I shot myself," says Miguel Caballero, pointing at his abdomen. "It's to get a good quality product."
For 25 years, Caballero has equipped the world's powerful with his elegant line of bulletproof clothing that bears his name. His list of clients includes Michael Bloomberg, Steven Seagal, King Ferdinand of Spain, and there are rumors he made a bulletproof suit for the inauguration of President Barack Obama in 2009.
